"Whirlwind" was made by Candace Hassen using the Jacob's Ladder block as the starting point.
Constructed entirely from four patches and half-square triangles, and using chevrons and simple zigzags as the design basis, Candace feels that Whirlwind is a quilt that is accessible for anybody to make and put their own spin on. The quilt was quilted by Regina Carter.
