This appliqued and pieced quilt features hand beading, Angelina fibers, Chantilly lace, and free motionk quilting
Inspired by a whale watching trip to Alaska. I changed the time of day from moring to a night scene with a gorgeous full moon. I also added a distant glacier in the background. But the magnificence of the breaching humpback whale was truly experienced.
