"Wetland Romance" by Kathy McNeil won Second Place - Naturescapes at Road to California 2024.
Kathy says the theme of Wetland Romance is that it "Celebrates the bio nursery that wetlands provide." She created the quilt using hand appliqué done with the Apliquick Method, which utilizes Rosa Rojas' trademark tools and techniques.
