vivaldi a quilt in four seasons - i was listening to Vivaldi...when i was looking at our guilds workshop page and i just kept being drawn into this leaf shape
during class - i began work on the Autumn leaf...and my brain went nuts and i decided to expand it to the 4 seasons so when i finished i had pieces of all my batiks all over the house...what a mess to resort and clean up
the machine stitching(about 1/8" apart) was done while listening to Vivaldi...think about the fast string movement and i used many shades of variegated thread
lots of fun
