"Timeless Tulips" by Dee Christopher was inspired by a block in an old quilt.
A case of right place, right time, Dee's Timeless Tulips was inspired by a block in a stash of old quilts that Dee was helping a couple price to sell. Taking a totally different approach than the maker of the original quilt, Dee took measurements and figured out how to make the block her own way. Still, she named the quilt Timeless Tulips in honor of the husband's mother, who made the original quilt and loved the flower.
