"Timeless Tales" showcases Cathy Franks' love for nursery rhymes and fairy tales.
For research, Cathy went out and searched for all the different fairy tales she could find. On the quilt itself, she retold each one in little vignettes, drew them on acetate, projected it up on a wall, and created Timeless Tales. It is all pieced using a freezer paper technique, with a lot of the fabric featured being white fabric that Cathy painted using paints and Tsukineko Ink. You will be amazed at what you see.
