Artist Statement: "The ocean is Woman! A source of life, it saw life emerge 3.5 billion years ago and continues to nourish the Earth. I have discovered many initiatives by female scientists to protect marine biodiversity. The sea and the woman symbolize a powerful force, but their voices are still not heard enough. “If you want to save the ocean, make sure women are part of the solution”(cit.)."
