This was my first attempt at a collage animal quilt. It's my grandson's dog, Tessa.
I've always admired "photo quilts" and wanted to give it a try. It's raw edge appliqué using mostly scraps from my stash. I used fabric pens to shade the pupils, highlight the nose, and to mark Tessa's tattoo in her ear.
