A collection of hexigons from a beautiful Asian-inspired fabric.
Began this quilt about 2 years ago with my daughter-in-law in mind. Took a 3 1/2 hr class to properly align the fabric and cut strips. Over time, put together about 70 plus hexigons, and then let it sit. Determined to finish it for my daughter-in-law this Christmas, I was surprised to find creating the rows, sewing the pieces together was much faster and easier than I expected. Love the results, and I think Suzy did too. This is my 7th year of learning to quilt, and I am now 82 years old! You're never too old to learn!
