Artist's Statement: "Creating this grand lost city underwater was a real adventure. It all started with one of my hand-painted silks that suggested water. I dove right into this fabric collage challenge in my Happy Villages‚Ñ¢ series by creating grand buildings, temples, and columns topped with shells—finishing with the metallic schools of fish."
