"I had the pleasure of taking a workshop from

Jane Sassaman in the late 90's and came up

with this image. The leaf shapes came from

lupin and I had photographed a dragonfly in my

garden. I did not own any orange fabric but as I

worked on the piece I realized it need an

intense color so Orange was it."
