Staccato Tredrille

Staccato Tredrille

Appearing as sparkling neon lights, this colorful medallion quilt is made entirely of one original block.

Made with the repetition of one original block, the three squares in in each block of this medallion quilt give the appearance of blinking lights. With the exception of the solid black surrounding the squares, it is a scrap quilt, with various black prints used in the stripes of second row of blocks. It was foundatin pieced.

Staccato Tredrille was raffled the summer of 2004 to fund the African School Sisters of Notre Dame.
