Sparkle and Shine - It's called Sparkle and Shine because I had a great time embellishing each block with my fancy stitches and metallic thread. It gave me an appreciation of what it takes to work with specialty threads and stitches. Each block is completely different and it is made entirely of batiks that my daughter picked out.
