Artist Statement: "After I saw Cinzia White's Raconteur quilt and purchased her book, I made my smaller version with silk fabrics. I created my own blocks with my favorite techniques, including shadow trapunto, yo-yos, vintage pieces, and painting. I made this quilt about me; find my two dogs and my favorite activity, kayaking, among the blocks."
