"Shuttered" was made by Peter Byrne during the 2020 lockdown.
Shuttered uses a block Peter calls "The 9 Cabin" as its basis and Cherrywood Hand Dyed Fabrics. To make the quilt, Peter created two identical quilts, one in tan and one in purple, and laid them on top of each other and cut out the large panels from each one. From there, he utilized his hover quilting technique to sew it all back together.
