Shannon's Graduation Present - I made this quilt for my niece, Shannon, for her high school graduation. It is made from clothing she wore as a child. There are t-shirts of all sizes, sweatshirts, special pajamas, art smocks, Girl Scout badges, a sock, dance outfits, dresses and buttons from the clothes. The border is yellow with hundreds of high heel shoes, which Shannon loves to wear. The backing is made of her favorite pillowcases and receiving blankets used when Shannon was a baby.
