The outside dresden circle was made from leftover fabric. The leftover pieces determined the finished size and I wasn't sure what to do with it. After some playing around I ended up with this. The points didn't line up with anything which I tried to camoflauge with the quilt design. Not so sure I accomplished that, but I like it just the same. It's always fun to see what develops without a plan. There is a slight gradation of color in the green background.
