Miyoko HashimotoDuring summer vacation, I traveled with my grandchildren to Awaji Island and Naruto. In the morning, from my hotel window, I felt the tranquility and blue from the sparkling Naruto sea. I wanted to portray the blue using solid colors in gradation, but discovered that it was very difficult.
