"Scribe Winery" by Mimi Ghauri-Young is based on Mackintosh Hacienda in Sonoma County, now known as the Scribe Winery.
Artist Statement: "The Mackintosh Hacienda in Sonoma County, constructed in 1858-1910, was converted to Scribe Winery in 2007. This quilt was designed to support the Sonoma Historical Society. This is my first attempt at drafting and creating an architectural building in fabric."
