"Red Work" by Yasuyo Kon was featured in the Machine Quilting category at Houston International Quilt Festival 2024.
Artist Statement: "I made this quilt by using decorative stitches built into the sewing machine. I combined them with free-motion quilting to create a sense of unity using detailed stitches that can only be achieved with machine quilting."
