Artist Statement: "Red Hot Radial is a symmetrical graphic quilt design that joins radiating wedges and solid high contrast rings of color. When combined, these elements keep the eye moving around the quilt. The quilting is dense, emphasizing the shape of each wedge and ring. Red Hot Radial is the third in a series of high contrast, circular, paper pieced designs."
