Putting Some Color Into the Mix - Machine applique, machine quilted, free-motion thread painting on commercial cottons, polyester, upholstry-type fabrics. Design is created from photo of my nephew Gus (an up & coming professional jazz musician in Minneapolis) who is completely absorbed in the music. This quilt was created for the Michigan Quilt Art Invitational Exhibit.
