Polka Dots & Posies is a happy, fun, free, and forgiving quilt that can be made with the fabric that is on hand in your studio. Mel made hers using the the Black and White Fat 1/4 Bundle from Michael Miller Fabric. Mel says about the quilt, "While I love improv piecing, I thought it would be fun to do improv curves using a topstitched curves technique I adapted from Karen Eckmeier Layered Waves workshop."
