There were many times I thought I would never finish this quilt but each time I picked it up I fell in love with it again. Obviously, Kaffe Fassett fabrics dominate but I used many different fabrics throughout the years. I started quilting as a hand quilter and I am learning it's my preferred way to finish a quilt. I used wool batting. I started this BOM in 2009 and finished in 2023, just in time to enter it into the Ozark Piecemakers Quilt Show. I am thrilled to discover it won Best Hand Quilting.
