My Little Mermaid - This is a crib size blanket made for my daughter. She has always been a girly-girl and swims like a fish - what better way to combine both than a sparkly pink and purple mermaid quilt. Machine quilted (free-hand) around the quilt, in the plain purple border, are the lyrics to the old time song "By the Beautiful Sea".
