"My Granny" was the first portrait quilt made by Lynn Czaban.
My Granny was constructed during a portrait class given by Bonnie Keller and inspired by Lynn's grandmother, who was an artist in her family and encouraged everyone to find a creative outlet and be artists too. This dedication to art made Lynn feel that she would be the perfect subject for her first portrait quilt.
