mulan rouge - I designed the center and corner appliques. Norah had a class at our guild. She showed us how to design our own motif if we did not like the one on the pattern. I also changed the background by using two tones of background, black and dark gray. This added even more depth. I used pinks from dark to light on one side and pinks from medium to light on the other side. It added even more depth.
