Graffiti Quilting for Karlee was taking everything she'd drawn in her sketchbooks for years and transferring it to fabric with thread. Her "Mini Graffiti Quilt"was a manifestation of her many run-ins with the quilt police, using many of the iconic concepts of Graffiti Quilting to break the "rules" that the quilt police say you need to follow when quilting. She says, "This is another Graffiti Quilt that I will most likely never be able to part with. It was another pioneer quilt of the Graffiti Quilting development process. It is also extra special to me because it became the cover of my self-published book, Graffiti Quilting: A Simple Guide to Complex Designs."
