I made this quilt as a gift for my intern at school.
I made this quilt for my intern at school. Here name id Marigold. She loves her name as it is the same as her grandmother who she never met. I searched and searched for a marigold pattern that I liked so finally I made my own. The marigolds are raw edge applique. There is lots of negative space which I quilted with straight lines to balance out the frilly flower petals.
