Artist Statement: "It was with great pleasure that I worked on the magical world described in Lesya Ukrainka's work Forest Song. Grasshoppers, hedgehogs, mice, and even elves look into your eyes as if alive. The half-real Mavka, in love with Lukash, listens to his playing near the forest lake. Everything around is filled with trees and flowers."
