Artist Statment: "This quilt was made for the exhibition "Blossoming Ukraine" NadelWelt in Karlsruhe. I really love the applique and I wanted to show with this technique how beautiful the nature is at any time of the year in my country. All appliqué with open cuts, it was difficult, but interesting to do."
