This is a scrappy quilt with a block called "flowering snowball." It was machine pieced and free-motion quilted.
This block is called "flowering snowball." I love how there is a secondary circle pattern. It was great for scraps. I simply pieced string panels or log cabins until the pieces were large enough for the templates. It is machine pieced and free motion quilted on my domestic machine. The back is pieced with some orphan blocks and more scraps. The quilt name is a nod to my favorite singer Joni Mitchell.
