Natureshapes challenge for contemporary quilt guild
This organically shaped quilt plays with circles. A rock dropped in water makes circular ripples. Ringing the pond are whimsical round lily pads. The majority of quilting is pebbled orbs. The quilt it made from upcycled silk clothing, and the sheen of the silks reminds one of the water in clear mountain streams, which slowly trickle into the pond.
