A quilt made by Naoko Hirano to honor her 60th Birthday.
I made this quilt to commemorate my age (60) and show appreciation for my quilting life. The way to make each piece of a Yo-yo is very easy and the shape is very simple. However, when we combine four or five simple Yo-yos, it becomes a pretty flower. It works like magic. I remain devoted to making Yo-yos and made 660 of them. This is my 60th birthday quilt.
