An art quilt made from a photo taken a few months before I placed my husband in a memory care facility.
My husband and I used to listen to music and dance on the porch on warm summer evenings. My cousin captured one of these moments, and I knew I had to make an art quilt. I used Lea McComas' freezer paper method which I will do again. A few months after this picture was taken, I reluctantly moved my husband into a memory care facility.
