Ann describes her quilt as, "Capturing the essence of a courtship song and stroll through the evening plaza, this romantic quilt sings with color and stitches. Hand look digitized embroidery with cotton threads surrounds the center motif with swags of flowers. Guatemalan textiles add richness of texture to the quilt. Hand "big stitch" outer border with thick cotton threads further enhances the rustic, ethnic theme." This was the cover quilt for Quilters' Newsletter Magazine Feb 2014.
