kimono shaped quilt made using the roll ends of Japanese silk yardage
For years I have created art-to-wear using vinatge Japnese kimono silks. Frequently I found that the markings, stamped, woven jaquard or embroidered at the end of the bolts were beatuiful. I saved these treasures and combined them to create this art quilt.
