A Pieced quilt with Australian Aboriginal Designed fabrics.
This quilt was made from Kaffe Fassett Diamond Jubilee pattern. I used fabric that I had collected from shops on a month long car trip thru California. Then I went online and found many more to fill in. Some of the blocks are paper pieced. When I tired of that, I just made a large paper finished pattern then pieced without the paper and made sure that it was the correct size after piecing. Its really just a log cabin pieced block. I quilted it on a bernia Q20.
