This is a whole cloth quilt with applique, markers and a little embroidery embellishment. The bird is an indigo bunting.
This quilt follows the style of Judi Dains in her book "Bold and Beautiful: Artful Quilts from Just One Fabric." The fabric is hand dyed and embellished with markers, embroidery and applique.
