This quilt is my salute to San Francisco and the fun mix of architectural styles.
This small quilt is based on a picture I took walking down California Street in San Francisco. I took a landscape quilt class and decided to take a "different route" away from a peaceful countryside. I used a variety of techniques to achieve the look I wanted. Machine pieced and quilted, hand appliqué and embroidered, with some hand piecing.
