"Hugs and Kisses" by Sue Garman was the TQS BOM for 2010.

Hugs and Kisses is an appliquéd quilt that measures 71" by 87" with 12" blocks of crossed sprays of flowers and wreaths of flowers. The "X" and "O" blocks symbolize hugs and kisses!
