Joann, of Grain Valley, MO, writes of Heralds of Spring, "My goal was to put all my favorite spring flowers into a bouquet that would never wilt. Flower sprays were arranged as petals in one large flower head. Dimensional elements were developed with the "Do whatever it takes" method." Did we mention that included hand quilting?
