Her Whole Heart was made for Lezleigh's friend Lisa's mom, Patricia, who had passed. Lezleigh was tasked with making a quilt for four siblings, meaning she had to make the clothes she was given as material to create the quilt go a long way. And what better way is there to make your material last than to make a strip quilt from it. So instead of there being one quilt to be shared by four siblings, Lezleigh was able to create four quilts and several pairs from her raw materials, including Her Whole Heart.
