"Help Ma Boab" by Linzi Upton won 1st Place - Contemporary Quilts at the 2023 Festival of Quilts Birmingham.
Inspiration: "I was inspired by a tattered fragment of clothing from India. The brightly coloured, heavily decorated textile piece was originally trimmed with mirrors, most of which were missing. I have reimagined it as a quilt."
