Hanami Breezes - My quilt was accepted into the 2011 Hoffman Challenge Traveling exhibit. This is the first time I have done extensive machine quilting on a show entry, so I am pleased that I got into the show. I used my placemat design, which I designed and entered for the Quilt Show Placemat Challenge, and enlarged it, added hand drawn appliques, hand embroidery and trapunto on the flowers.
