Hallelujah
Hallelujah
Halo Medallion 2017 BOM. It took a year to decide on my quilting designs. I love the results.
I took a class with Sue Garman when she visited our guild. What a fabulous lady! When I saw her NYBeauty BOM quilt the next year, I knew I had to make one. I kept up with the monthly block construction, but when it came to quilting it, I became stymied. It took a year to determine what I wanted to quilt in each area and design them. When I began to quilt, my longarm began to misbehave! I thought I would never get it completed. So when it became time to name her in 2019, she became 'Hallelujah'! I decided to add bead embellishments in key areas throughout the quilt and added prairie point accents around the welted binding.
