Glorious Columbines On My Mind - While enjoying Ann Fahl's class on Thread Painting in 2011, I was inspired to design, machine applique, machine thread embellish Glorious Columbines On My Mind using Ann's techniques. In 2014 I finally felt that my quilting skills would do it justice. Apparently The Plano, TX Quilt Guild thought so too. It won 2nd place in the Master Art Quilt category and I was thrilled.
