Road to California 2025 Artist Statement: "This quilt evolved from the Bee block I designed. Then, I decided I needed an entire quilt of all my six-legged friends. This quilt combines two of my loves: gardening and stitching. The stitching brings this quilt to life in a way I think nothing else can."
