This is a wall hanging based on a fractal art image that I used for inspiration.
I designed this from a piece of fractal art that I saw online. There's no way to translate the intricacies of that into fabric, so I found the basic shapes and added my own pieces from that. I love that this is so organic and feels like it "grew" from the base.
This is raw-edge appliqued with fusible webbing. I focused on the design more than construction, so this is really ridiculously easy to make. Gaia is my second design based on fractal art.
