Friendship
Friendship
"Friendship" by Tommy Romono was created as part of a block exchange at his local quilt store.
Friendship is one of Tommy's students' favorite quilts. He hangs it up in his classroom and as a bonus for quizzes asks them how many triangles are in the quilt. It was created as part of a block exchange with Tommy's local quilt store in Katy, which is a suburb of Houston. Blocks were submitted, returned, and exchanged around, which is why he called it Friendship, because it features all sorts of fabrics coming together to make the quilt, just as different people come into your life to help you out.
